Leadership Development Institute (LDI) - founded in Georgia, is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of leaders through personalized coaching and strategic development methodologies. Under the leadership of Managing Partner Gvantsa Barabadze, a seasoned coach and organizational development professional, LDI focuses on nurturing leadership skills that foster productive and growth-oriented environments. Barabadze, who transitioned from a legal background to leadership coaching, holds a master's in organizational development from Tbilisi State University. Since discovering coaching in 2013, she has led multiple international projects—including in Ethiopia—and spearheaded organizational and media development initiatives in Georgia and neighboring countries. Since 2018, her focus has centered entirely on leadership and coaching. LDI emphasizes the connection between effective leadership and team success. The institute’s vision is to empower individuals and organizations to flourish by establishing environments centered around growth, responsibility, and collaborative achievement.
