Overview
Sense Concept Store entered the Georgian retail landscape with a distinctive multi-brand concept, positioning itself at the intersection of fashion, design, and lifestyle. By combining a strong editorial vision with a carefully curated selection of global designers, the store creates a refined shopping experience that goes beyond traditional retail.
Operating through both a physical flagship and an e-commerce platform, Sense Concept Store delivers a seamless and elevated customer journey—serving audiences across Georgia and beyond. This hybrid approach blends accessibility with exclusivity, building a modern retail environment where every product reflects intention, quality, and timeless design.
The Challenge
Low awareness of a new retail concept: As a relatively new player, Sense Concept Store faced the challenge of introducing a curated multi-brand boutique model unfamiliar to the Georgian audience.
Need to build brand credibility: Establishing trust and positioning the store as a premium, design-led destination required clear and consistent communication of its value and uniqueness.
Unclear value proposition: The brand needed to answer a critical question for consumers—why choose a multi-brand concept store over purchasing directly from individual brands.
Underperforming e-commerce channel: Despite a strong product offering, the online store struggled with low traffic and weak conversion rates, limiting its potential as a revenue driver.
Gap between brand experience and digital performance: While the physical store delivered a high-end, curated experience, this was not fully translated into the online environment, affecting both engagement and sales efficiency.
Solutions
Dual-channel paid media strategy: We designed a two-track approach tailored to both the physical and e-commerce presence of Sense Concept Store—balancing brand building with performance-driven sales.
Awareness & storytelling through Meta: On Facebook and Instagram, we launched visually driven campaigns focused on storytelling—positioning Sense not just as a store, but as a curated destination defined by its unique brand mix and editorial identity.
High-intent demand capture via Google Ads: Through targeted campaigns on Google Ads, including shopping and dynamic search ads, we captured users actively searching for fashion, accessories, and home goods—directing qualified traffic to the e-commerce platform.
Performance-focused optimization: Campaign structures and budgets were continuously optimized to maximize return on ad spend, improving both traffic quality and conversion rates.
Full-funnel growth approach: By combining top-of-funnel brand awareness with bottom-of-funnel conversion tactics, we built a scalable system that increased online sales while strengthening the brand’s position as a leading concept store in Tbilisi.
