Overview
Pitstop Moto Georgia is a local brand that brings together international auto–moto giants, including Italian brands such as Piaggio, Aprilia and Vespa, alongside other premium manufacturers. The brand offers a complete range of motorcycles, scooters, and rider equipment, positioning itself as a destination for both performance-driven riders and lifestyle-oriented customers.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was not only selling motorcycles, but building an entire moto culture within the Georgian market. Motorcycling as a lifestyle required education, emotional connection, and aspiration. As a new brand, Pitstop Moto Georgia needed to gain trust, introduce the “why” behind moto culture, and position itself as both an expert and a reliable distributor of premium international brands. The task was to make people discover, understand, and ultimately fall in love with the moto lifestyle - while simultaneously driving measurable business results.
Solutions
We developed a full brand positioning and content strategy that balanced motorsport performance with lifestyle storytelling. A cohesive visual language was created by combining user-generated content with studio-level production, allowing the brand to feel authentic, aspirational, and premium at the same time. Storytelling played a key role, introducing audiences to the “Why Moto?” philosophy and gradually building emotional engagement with the culture. To scale awareness, a multi-stage awareness funnel was launched across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads. Video-first content became the foundation of communication, developing a moto lifestyle narrative that had been largely underrepresented in the local market. Vespa and other premium brands were presented through integrated campaigns with strong visual contrast, reinforcing both heritage and modern appeal. As awareness and interest grew, we built a performance-oriented funnel guiding users from interest to test drive and lead submission. Conversion-focused campaigns were launched for specific models, supported by strong analytics tracking key metrics such as CPL, CTR, video retention, and add-to-lead events. A dedicated test-drive booking mini-funnel was introduced, enabling users to move organically from inspiration to action.
